LONG ago sold out, a box of 40 sealed CDs was discovered decades later... A friend for many years, I first learned of MC Trachiotomy after The Residents sent me his CD many years ago and I was instantly hooked. Former Crash Worship trombone/vocalist and New Orleans Ninth Ward superstar Pavlo J Poggi, adopting the pseudonym MC Trachiotomy, took both the underground rock and hip-hop worlds by surprise with his shocking 1999 debut, Robot Alien or Ghost. Not as out of the ordinary in today’s increasingly experimental world of underground hiphop, Robot Alien or Ghost, with its murky moonscape of atonal lo-fi alien beats and cryptic, often indecipherable rhymes, confounded critics and listeners when it arrived. Though no one could decide whether or not it was a work of ultimate genius or sonic terrorism, all agreed that it was bizarre. (from NewYorkNightTrain)
Limited Collectors Edition Band Authorized CD Pressing of Always Was, Is And Always Shall Be with the original 1980 LP cover on one side & the Blood Orange Records 2018 Micro LP cover on the reverse so you can display either way.
ALL songs hand picked from various original pre-mix studio tapes, remasters, original reels and yet another unreleased track recorded during GG & The Jabbers 1980 NYC Dreamland Studios recording session with GG & Rob Basso playing guitar, Alan Chapple on bass and David Peel singing - my personal favorite Peel song (not only because it's the Jabbers with Peel singing but it's actually a great tune)!
ONLY 70 OF THESE WERE MADE IN 2020 AS A PROMO / QUALITY TEST RUN: we will be pressing an official 'final' package later this year with some changes to layout and the tracklist.
A special 2 CD set of this fantastic gig completely unedited & including roughly 1 hour of previously unreleased content. 4 additional live songs & plenty of unreleased interview from the same night. CD is pressed directly from GGs personal (original) Channel Soundboard Tapes. Includes an 8 page booklet.
A collection of tracks from GG Allin & The Jabbers LPs & EPs all in one place. This covers pretty much all of the bands studio material. A "best of the best" considering every one of their songs is the best... The ultimate GG Allin starting place
Recorded live at the Channel Boston Massachusetts September 9, 1981 this is GG Allin & the Jabbers at their best! A full show recorded on the Channel soundboard with exceptional audio quality. A must have for any GG Allin & the Jabbers fan, it the first Black & Blue Records GG Allin Live CD.
Written & recorded as his marriage was falling apart and his band was packing their bags, Eat My Fuc is one of the harshest Fuck You punk anthems to grace the world of music. It was one of his proudest records and it will never be topped.... The original Bernie Grundman mastered version!
The original 7" record that launched Black & Blue Records in 1984 on CD. In addition to starting out with a new label, GG wanted to take advantage of the MTV boom where literally ANYONE with a video could get air-play, but even this cleaned up collection of GG songs was too much for them. After recording and listening to it, GG really did NOT want the 7" released because he thought it was too polished & "pop" sounding, but luckily for us Peter Yarmouth convinced him to move forward with it and the world wound up with a KILLER set of songs that almost never saw the light of day.
You'll Never Tame Me appeared breifly on CD on Black & Blue Records and sold out quickly... now long out of print but finally reissued on Blood Orange Records with updated packaging & updated audio tracks including a previously unreleased track only available on the Blood Orange LP! Limited Edition pressing of 100 CDs - ONE LEFT!
One of the best recorded live shows from GGs career... Having lost his band (the Jabbers) in 1984, GG would not be stopped from recording and playing shows wherever possible so he branched out of the New England scene that had banned him and began a tour of Mid West America with a jock strap, a cassette tape of backing tracks and a boombox that would act as his band. By the time he got to Texas he was in contact with a group of local musicians and together they had two days to put this show together at the Twilite Room in Dallas. The band, the Texas Nazi's, had a few songs of their own and one of those songs (Eat My Diarrhea) went on to become one of the most sick, twisted and loved songs in the GG catalogue. Grab a beer and some popcorn, from August 17, 1985 here it is in all it's glory! It's a shame this does not exist on video, although I've heard a rumor it does....
Showing GG Allin & The Jabbers roots and the intensely graphic material for which he was known as Public Animal #1. Orignally released as the Public Animal #1 Mini LP and repackaged by GG Allin as his "Biggest Tits" this has always been the one fans love most! This pressing has a bonus interview included. We are almost out of this one and it will not be repressed with this packaging so git yers now!
Since we're almost out of the Black & Blue Records "Public Animal #1" CDs it made better sense to update it than re-press the same one, so we took the updated audio sources from the Biggest Tits LP, added the extra songs that were on the Public Animal #1 CD and also added our favorite live track from the 1985 Twilite Room show to create the new Blood Orange Records / Black & Blue Records "Public Animal #1 / BiggesTits" CD.
The packaging consists of the original 1987 Black & Blue Records Mini LP 7" artwork and GGs version of the super rare BiggesTits 7" artwork so you can flip the front panel to display whichever artwork you prefer.
The 1987 mini LP was originally hand picked by GG as his most popular songs from 1980-1986 and we are proud to present the expanded collection with many more.
When we pressed the Biggest Tits LP we used updated audio sources which means they differ from the tracks used on the original Mini LP & Black & Blue Records CDs. We used the studio tapes that were brough home by the band members the day of the recordings (pre-mixing & mastering) which I believe have a fuller / cleaner sound in many cases. The drums, guitars, bass & vocals all mixed at even levels without any reverb/compression etc. Other tracks (such as Blood For You) are fully remastered from the original studio multi-track tapes and others remastered in the 2000's from studio tapes and/or GGs personal first generation reels.
A collection of great songs from the 1985-1986 era including the classic isolated/depressed rooming house acoustic songs, the Cedar St Sluts hits and a bunch of Scumfucs rockers. The idea for this CD/LP was born in 1989 while GG was in prison for the first time when Peter Yarmouth & GG decided to put out a new LP with a bunch of songs that had not yet appeared on vinyl with a more than appropriate title...
The most popular of the Black & Blue Records CDs and long out of print - now reissued on Blood Orange Records with updated packaging & updated audio tracks! Limited Edition pressing of 100 CDs - ONE LEFT!
GG Allin & Bloody Mess... a couple of true outcasts. Responsible for memories like the Hated in the Nation I & II scrapbooks, convincing GG to take his first on-stage-shit and more, Bllody earned a place in GGs trail during the mid 80s and now here is the extent of their musical mess with phone calls, jamming and more. Grade A stuff!
Recorded live at the LIving Room Providence RI May 26, 1982 and professionally remastered from the soundboard tapes this is GG Allin & the Jabbers at their grittiest & most offensive. Not suitable for family hour, it is a must for any GG Allin & the Jabbers fan! Hear what it was like as the Blood & Guts spilled before a crowd that will never forget that night. The Living Room was the one of the few New England clubs that had the balls to keep bringing the Jabbers back... and if you're from New England, you probably remember the Living Room, the sweet smells of booze, piss & Lestoil and the amazing shows they hosted. I certainly do.
Insult & Injury Vol 4- Live at the Rocket Providence Valentines Day 1987 GG's triumphant return to Providence... One of the longest & most entertaining GG shows ever recorded! With the Black & Blue Records pressing being long sold out BOR repressed 100 copies in December 2020.
GG Allin - Banned in Boston Part 2 CD - 1st pressing - signed by Chris Lamy Open / unplayed. Has tiny mark on CD that does not affect play.
Previously unreleased practice tapes from GG & The Disappointments 1989 tour, recorded August 20, 1989 in Muskegon MI on a boombox. Per the liner notes provided by Malcolm Tent "now, over 30 years late, here it is.... warts and all" and as best described by GG hisself "for those who can take it raw". The recording is indeed raw and covered with warts, but as a lifelong GG fan myself, I was ecstatic to rip one open and crank it up and I was completely happy with it. Any "previously unreleased" GG Allin material is dwindling to a drip so that in itself makes this CD a must have. What made me most excited was multiple takes of GG & the Disappointments playing Patsy Cline's Walking After Midnight... we all know GG was a big country / country western fan and hearing this brought back great memories of off-stage-GG. Many times in the 90s GG stated he could still sing like he did in the 80s and this proves it. He sings the song(s), it's a low key practice among friends, no crowd to rile him up. There's also a Troggs tune, an unreleased song from those days and a different version of Look Into My Eyes & Hate Me. Git yers now! ps: don't ask me what happened on day 1, maybe GG got some rest..
